Re: The Path
Successful Sunday. I won $69 on $25 Caesars dollar JOB FP. I then did quarter JOB for an hour before being dealt four Aces on max. $25 table FP: I saw guy roll a long string of eights. Too scared to join the winning. I bet on his friend. Five to seven loss. Back to quarter JOB and a quick $19 quad. I still lost $13 on the damn bank. Another max would have broken me even. Progressive $1,088. I craved a GR lobster roll lunch, but $20 is fishy. Just then, I found a $5 bus voucher. I waited fifteen minutes for a table as I hate eating at bars. Back to dollar JOB. I hit a quad and won $31 on that leg. Net Day: +$108. Paltry $600coin in; no time to lose. I really needed a hundred dollar day. Left before I could return it. Thanks for the great time. Every time I got comfortable on dollars, someone would sit next to me. I really hate company when playing dollar; I get uptight and cash out. It's a huge denomination and I stress out. Wonderful to avoid Harrah's and thrive. Dopey button slammer two seats over lost $50 in my hour, despite two max quads. Serves the JOB SOB right. I couldn't wait to ditch this putz.

I'm happy you came away with a profit today FAA. As for the dopey button slammer, who in your opinion got what they deserved, I can only say that some do not have a ballerina's touch but do they deserve such scorn?

some do not have a ballerina's touch but do they deserve such scorn?----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Yes. This is supposed to be a relaxing experience. One day I was victimized by his tinnitus inducing percussion performance at both Bally's and Caesars! Why do they insist on wearing out the poor defenseless buttons? Do they deserve the abuse? I shared my bewilderment with my four dealt Aces as I was leaving, since we are acquaintances and he is in fairness a lovely man otherwise. I told him to get the hell off as he was in free fall. VP machines are not Lazarus. But some just have to see the bankroll go to triple zero. I paid $13 for my quads on that tight bank. He likely paid ten to fifteen times that for his. 10 TC there. $1.30 each is slightly less than the cost on dollar JOB. CET really does have this TC system down to a science!

Super Sunday. The button slammer was raising hell as usual. The only available quarter JOB seat was adjacent. I chose dollar JOB. I quickly won $41 from $25 Caesars FP. Another twenty doubled. I went max, was dealt three deuces and got the fourth for $125. I improbably won $25 table FP on a four point hit. I won $27 more on quarter JOB, including a $19 quad. Progressive $1,111. Net Day: +$210. Bailey's and Toasted Almond closed my day. I was too embarrassed to write my last TR, -$270. Call the week a wash and stick with quarter. Slammer consulted his Greyhound schedule and scrammed at 2 PM, likely a few hundred lighter.

Satisfactory Saturday. I won $26 on $25 Caesars dollar JOB FP. I gave it back en route to 28 TC, $560 coin in. I won $25 table FP on eight point hit. Harrah's lunch. I won a quick $20 there. This enabled me to patronize quarter JOB, Phil's new profit center. I lost $27. Machine adjacent hit two quads in five minutes or less. Older man on my other side asked me to read his balance twice in fifteen minutes or so. Both times I read eighteen cents. Angry, I stalked off to dollar JOB. I lost about $80 when I hit a max quad fives. Elated, I returned to the man to share my tale. He was now at the hot quad machine. I had a drink in HL, then returned to monitor the Progressive, which was a mere $1,003. It had reset to $1K and the man was gone. He likely won the damn thing! Please shoot me right this second. Net Day: +$45. 57 TCs. But screw that. I'm a loser for not switching to the one hot machine on the bank!
Near Hand Pay- Guy won $960 on DDB in HL with 2,3,4s. He was purposely playing $3 a hand to evade a W2G on this hand. Lucky SOB. Two girls were whooping it up on Big Bang Tbeory slot machine.

FAA, first, congrats on your profitable day. Second, you mentioned that you "are a loser for not switching to the one hot machine on the bank." Thinking like this is only looking at half the equation because how do you know that "the machine would stay "hot" and how do you know it was "hot"?

I noted that two quads hit in under five minutes. That's a miracle in JOB. It cooled somewhat. I left, then I assume that the woman (Quad Queen) left. Then the older man (18 Cent Octogenarian) took over. Did he ever step into a fragrant pile! I stalked off in a huff instead of being cool, hanging around and assessing my quarter bank options. It's Monday Morning QB. But that seems a huge error given the RF. Button slammer on the other side was somehow oblivious to the RF. But then, he's in his own world. Happy to quad to save myself another awful trip. I needed two thirds of my cash on hand, but better late than never.

[/quote]Nice! There are no "hot" machines, only "hot" players and that was you.

Sedate Sunday. I won $20 with $25 Caesars quarter JOB FP. I tried the RF machine. Lost it on dollar before I could give it back on quarter. I lost my table FP, nine to seven. I lost $5 more on quarter. Lunch at Buca. Back to Caesars. I attempted dollar. Get Rich Quick theory. Like Big Bang theory for gamblers. Mirror of yesterday. On tilt and depressed with BR vanishing! With $10 left, I was dealt two eights and got the other two for $125. I jumped for joy like I was dealt a RF. Net Day: -$17. 49'TC. $.35 each is not bad.
Hand Pay: I was sitting in HL corner awaiting a drink. 7S and wife enter like they own it. He asks me if I am playing. I said yes. These guys love having their way. Wife sits next to me and enters her $20 FP on Cleopatra slot. Suddenly she re-triggers it for fifteen spins. This thing is a cash cow. Her win was $3,496. Man thanks me. She hit a $4000 RF without the 41,000 hand effort! I said, "And I'm happy I broke even." She replied, "We just about did BE. We've been here since yesterday." SMH. This is what it feels like to be Paco or Ted. I'm not jealous as I never play slots. But WTH. My only luck is bad and none! Maybe I can play some form of 3496 in Power Ball?
