Well Ted, we will have to add another one.
Started with a br of $400 this time around.
Thought I screwed it up this session tonight. Started with .50c 9/6 bonus poker deluxe. Was fortunate rather quickly to hit quad 4’s(ace kicker, but kickers don’t matter this game) for 400 credits. Played down to +$100 and cashed out.
Was going to play on the triple/five play to keep riding the .25c 5 play deuces wave, but the machines were busy...so decided to jump on .25c 5 play bonus poker wheel poker. Hit two quads. First wheel hit was 500 quarters, but the second was 1000 quarters ($250). Played down and cashed out another +$100.
Took a look at the 3/5 play machines and still occupied, so wondered around and decided to sit at a single line .25c progressive bonus poker 7/5 game with the Royal at $1350 and the 4 aces at $120 and 2,3,4 at $70. Hit none of them. But still manage to break even after about 45
Min of play.
Cashed out and went to the 3/5 play and the machines were available. Took the $600 and started the session of .25c 5 play deuces. Fairly quickly was down about $250 dollars when I hit the deuces to get back to $600. Starting to feel a bit tired I thought if I get to $700 I’ll cash out and at one point was up to $685. But then it went sour and started to head slowly downward to about $170 and I thought the run has ended and the vp gods start their vengeful wrath...not to be! I saved two cards to the Royal, Qh10h, and on line E it decided to pop the other three to join them and just like that hit the Royal no deuce and cashed out $1200 or up $800 total. Run continues.
But I didn’t want to be too heartless and dropped $100 out the door on sun and moon. I’m hoping the mix of slots with vp will get me better offers and free play...we will see.
So a grand profit of +$700 this session and we keep rolling along.
Cheers!

Fast session of .25c 5 play deuces tonight. Under 30 minutes. No pics because didn’t hit any jackpot hands. But didn’t matter. Hit a ton of full houses, quads, and 5 oak...enough to cash out up +$243.
Yowza. I guess one can indeed win on deuces wild without the deuces or Royal.
Cheers!

Starting to get a bit ridiculous, but whatever. Will ride the positive variance wave as long as it goes...
Started with a br of $500 and once again sat to do battle on .25c 5 play deuces. Was a long battle and at one point was down to $70. No deuces to be found and couldn’t catch up to the blanks. However was hitting royals with deuce here and there and managed to climb up to around $300 when I save three to a Royal. And sure enough, on line B bang bang another royal no deuce. Yeppers. Decided to just cash out at $1305, profit of $805, and wonder around a bit.
Ended up playing .25c 5 play wheel poker 7/5 BP. Started with $300 and Was up right away with a few quads and decent wheel hits. Was going to play down to a set amount when I saved an ace and ended up hitting aces with a kicker (kicker is meaningless, a 400 quarter hit) but the wheel spin added another 500 quarters to it for a total of 900 quarters or $225. Nice consolation prize. So cashed out of that game $810, a profit of $510. Saw a lively craps game so took $300 and decided to splash around a bit (and wanted to mix up my gambling a bit more for the casino). After two rounds of the dice decided to cash out a total of $310 or $10 profit.
Was almost going to walk out the door, but hey, when your hot, got to keep playing until it cools down. Decided to go to the high limit section and play $1 3 play deuces (98.9% version) and decided to just risk $300 on the pot shot. At one point was up to $450 but had to get lucky early because I wasn’t committing a significant bankroll. Did not get lucky this time, even with flopping 3 deuces twice. So gave back -$300 and decided it’s a good time to go.
So....a grand total of $+1,030 for this session.
Unfortunately, positive runs don’t last forever but on the flip side, negative runs don’t last forever either (although sometimes it seems it does). I’m realistic about it, but will enjoy being on the wave nevertheless!
Cheers!

My sanity is hanging by a thread. I'm clearly in the wrong city.

Hit the deuces almost right away tonight on .25c 5 play deuces. Up +$223. Decided to cash out instead of keeping the grind and continue mixing up the gambling with slots. Went to buffalo gold and hit one bonus to cash out +2 whopping dollars. Then went to sun and moon and hit a nice bonus betting $1 a spin and cashed out +$60. A nice profit total tonight of +$285 in about 45 min. Nice.

We do hit the ducks this session on .25c five play deuces wild. Was it enough though? The answer is......no. The VP gods decide enough is enough and hands me a loss.
It was a lengthy grind. Never was up that much. Hitting those ducks only put me up about $18 dollars. I flopped several three ducks but didn’t connect with the fourth except one time...while it seemed every other flopped three of a kind quaded up...that’s vp for yah. Did flop one 4 to anroyal but didn’t even get a flush.
What else can I say except you can’t win them all. Was a very nice run though. The wave was great. I will seek another wave sooner or later. Probably sooner. -$470.
Cheers!

We end a lengthy session of .25c 5 play deuces. We hit the deuces and the question comes up once again, was it enough? And the answer, once again, is no.
I paddled out to look for another wave and no wave in sight. I was never ahead this session. As I always have said, you can’t have wins without losses, and Vice versa. And after a great wave I find myself on the losing end again, -$500. I guess after hitting all those royals I was expecting it, but doesn’t get any less unfortunate.
Cheers!
