Do Any of You Use the Training Mode Here?

Hi All!
I am a newbie and was wondering if any of you out here use the training mode we get for VIP status on this site? Is it worth using? Any opinions would be most appreciated!

I use it almost everyday to keep my VP skills sharp :)
