These guys do not understand how bad variance is on video poker, especially since is a super fast game. And on top of that, they do not follow proper optimal strategy. It's no wonder why they lose and lose fast.

i am just giving you all my report and experience in certain gaming houses in ac. so did Daburglar and Phil. think what you like go in ballys or caesars and play that 0.50 9/6 jacks or better see how long it will last. see if you just happen to fall in that 5%  of probability just as Steve said it was going to happen no voodoo involved just history and stats i swear Phil and Daburglar are correct i confirm it and reinforce my belief each time i triedi have no doubt your 500$ BR on a 9/6 job at ballys or caesars will NOT  last as long as it should not because of Variance BUT  because due to its not being a honest or fair game i can call it before it happens two dots will always make a line

   Heck, even over $150, it still can happen over 1% of the time, so that's still not proof of it being rigged.again two dots make a line atleast im not making this up, or lying infer and interpret what you wish

One big problem is that to prove something is rigged often requires some terribly, terribly bad results. Such bad results where it's actually easier to believe that the person is "stretching the truth".

Unless, it's like something Phil has claimed in this thread. But people like me still think that casinos wouldn't be so stupid to cheat in such an obvious fashion. So without an image, I'm more into thinking Phil and his wife were mistaken. I am from the "Show-Me State", after all.

i just thought it was funny how my first 20$ i pop 3 quads and lived 10 times longer playing 6/5 aces vs a rigged game that swallowed 150$ and no quad and ate it up 15min flatbacked up with others say on here i believe it to be true i could be wrong and sure just bad timing on my part. there update rattled my cage and that serial number on my favorite machine was removed too much is pile on for me to try ballys again too fishy overall

3 quads on your first $20 sounds more fishy than losing. The outside forces must have been strong with you that day.

yup, i recall i put in 50$ dropped to 28$ and quads racked in worked up to 94$6/5 aces and faces vs lives longer than ballys 8/5 aces and faces why did they do an update? doesn't that cost money? why change my machine? where that serial number go on the upper left hand side in ballys? sounds to me they were tempering with the machine not for the better but for the worse towards the players good for them keep updating im sure that cost money but its for the best!

i hope they paid a stupid amount of money to update their poker machines i hope it was worth tricking the playersi do not understand what that update did , i don't know why that serial number on the upper left hand side on my favorite poker machine went missing had they left things alone id maybe keep trying win or loss but the losses keep piling on

That's the problem with rec players who say they understand the math - they don't really understand the math.

They read on some website that quads come every 400 hands or so, and they play a 800 hand session with no quads, and think to themselves, OMG THIS MACHINE IS RIGGED.

Then they go to another casino and get 3 quads in a 400 hand session and say, AHH THIS IS HOW VP IS SUPPOSED TO BE, even though if you take both of their sessions together they're running at exactly average.
