I don't even pay attention to the CET car promos anymore. It's all white noise. Just let me play $1K coin in and break even.

9/6 Jacks with a promo like that? That sounds promising! Congrats on the money grab!
Does Bob D. Have a class or chapter on how to frantically grab money flying around you in a windy gameshow type booth???
Now THAT'S a Dancer class I would love to see him teach!

He is quite nimble of course, given his dancing experience!

Some people are too busy losing to have time for promos.

Years ago when I was married to Shirley, we were in Reno at the Silver Legacy during one of these promos. It wasn't nearly as lucrative as the one described here, but the person called gets 30 seconds to grab flying bills and stuff them into their pockets.Shirley got called. At the end of 30 seconds, there were no more bills flying but there were still some stuck to corners and such in the booth --- so Shirley kept stuffing any she found. They told her to stop --- but she kept grabbing and stuffing. After another 15 seconds there were no more bills to be grabbed so she came out. They let her keep all she collected --- even the ones grabbed after time expired.

Haha. Glad that worked out! Put the casino in an interesting spot for sure. Are you surprised they let her keep all the money?

[QUOTE=BobDancer] Haha. Glad that worked out! Put the casino in an interesting spot for sure. Are you surprised they let her keep all the money? Not surprised. Actually proud of her.I was always the one who figured out the strategies and determined where to play. She didn't have the math and vp chops to do that. This was a way she was contributing to the family business that I would never have considered. I would have stopped when they said to. I always assume casinos know who I am and here are employees everywhere looking for an excuse to kick me out. So I don't give them one. But Shirley had no such fears.Shirley kept picking up bills that had stuck to the walls with static electricity or whatever, and probably ended up with an extra $150 that I never would have gotten. That $150 is green just like the money I'd figure out how to get in more traditional ways. It was officially community property, but I gave her the extra $150 as a bonus. It didn't affect anything, really, but it made her feel good.
