Re: fellow players - mohegan sun
Hows the paytables on VP there? Anyone know what they have for Double Double Bonus Poker?
I play mostly JoB, for which Mohegan only has 9/6 machines at the dollar level and up. I recall seeing DDB for 8/5 on $.25 and $1 machines, but I can't speak for other denominations.
For a low bankroll player like myself, I prefer Atlantic City's video poker offerings to either of the Connecticut casinos. However, Mohegan definitely has a better variety of full pay VP than Foxwoods does, at least for quarters and dollars.

DBL/DBL if you can find it is of the 8/5 variety. Foxwoods just added some 9/6's in Triple Play DBL/DBL. Better pays on Carib. Stud at Mohegan though. I go to both frequently

The paytables on the machines I played were 8-5. One thing I do remember was that instead of your normal 5-coin(quarters)max bet the max bets were 20 or 25 coins. The machines were multi-game, though and they definitely had dbl dbl bonus-I hit a quad 3's with the kicker-$200(5-coin)big ones.

I play pretty much exclusively at Mohegan Sun. The pay tables are different in different parts of the casino. You need to check before you play. They have a few 9/6 JOB left. I like to play the Game Maker Pickem-poker. They have some full pay .25, $1 and $5 and $10 and $25 version. Again, you have to look around the floor for the full pay machines. Also, as someone else stated, Mohegan general sets there machines to allow you to play up to 25 or even 45 coins. So, check out the max bet amount before you hit that max bet button. You may end up spending your entire bankroll on one hand.. ha ha
Foxwoods recently changed some of their VP machines. As bouchrda stated, they have add some games at full pay. So, I'll be checking those out this weekend.
