What should I do?
I need the advice of experts. I have $500 of free slot play, and only about an hour and a half to play with it(due to time contstraints). I was thinking about $1 STP DB 5 hands, or .50 super aces bonus 5 hand. This is not my normal denomination, so I am viewing it as "fantasy money". Any thoughts or advice?

Play the best pay table. You can do $500 on single play $.25 can't you?(400 hands in 1 1/2 hours)

I really prefer multi line play though

No way you can blow through that in single line quarters unless you are really really bad, really really unlucky, or play really really risky. It took me a lot of hours to go through $500. Maybe I was luckier than I thought though. Plus, I was playing deuces... if you go DDB or TDB then I guess it really could go faster. Most of that was single line quarters but I stepped it up a bunch at other times too playing multi-line and STP.
My vote would be Super Times Pay. Keep it at quarters 5 lines to start but increase your lines to 10 and then go up to dollars as you are running out of time. You can burn your money really fast playing 5+ lines at the quarter level and still give yourself some shots at some very nice wins.
If you're really not worried about running out faster than an hour and a half, then sure... 5 line dollars should be fast, exciting, and really leave the door open for a huge win.
Sounds like fun!!!

Are you trying to go for it or do you want to make an intellegent play?

This also sounds like a good chance to play some 50 or 100 play if you've wanted to and never really had the opportunity. As long as you play it smart and on a good pay table, that could be "going for it" and intelligent at the same time.

Eduardo, the requirement for free play is to put $500 through the machine ... losing it is not a requirement. After $500 is played you get to keep whatever you have left.
With that in mind, I think Stephmo already answered the question. I'm not sure why you're asking the "experts" for advice. Do whatever you will enjoy the most.

$500.00 freebie? You could play single line quarters or dollars in 1 1/2 hrs. comfortably. STP, MS or Spin Poker are other options but would you really have someone else tell you how to spend your money? Steph just do as Shadowman says, find the best paytable to your game and enjoy it!

Yes, I know you don't have to lose it. But you want to "play in" all 500 of it, not play single line quarters and only play off the first 100 and your winnings from it, right?

In 1 1/2 hours that's about 54 hands/hr. When I have free slot credits my goal is to cash out all the credit, not blow it playing rashly. $500 slot credit means you have to bet that amount on the machine, but not over and above your pays. 400 hands at $1.25 and whatever creditsremain can be cashed out. You don't have to lose $500 - if you did there would be no possible gain.
