New ad package

Hi Webman --- the new ad package that started running in the background recently has slowed everything to a veritable crawl. Is there anything that can be changed to alleviate this problem?

It seems to be working a little better, however, the call to "tag.apxlv.com" appears to be creating the lag. Also, this particular video (https://besttv62.securecdn.it.best-tv.c ... 00w_rd.mp4) is causing the most difficulty.
