Majestic Star II in Indiana has 9/6 (99.75%) for 25c-$1

The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas has it too, including at the Chandelier and Sportsbook bar.

Treasure Island Minnesota near Red Wing has it at many of the bars. I played this game where four 2, 3, or 4's with ace kicker pays huge like a royal flush and you are penalized on the straight payout.
