Re: Where I play in Vegas
I just got back from my annual trip to Sin City-much lighter in the wallet. I mostly played at MGM Grand, Monte Carlo and Flamingo. I always play double double bonus and in 5 days of heavy play I only got 5 four of a kinds and no kicker payoffs. Came back home to lovely NJ and went to AC and won some of my money back. I saw a lot of penny poker out there and that is frightening(I play quarters and sometimes nickels). See ya next year!

We are from Hawaii. Love Red Rock Casino and going back next month. Great games, excellent food and fabulous hotel, a must for anyone, if possible stay in the hotel, you will love it as we do.

I like the Fiesta in Henderson. I like the machine by the back door. I can open it and get some fresh air. They have great pot stickers at the cafe.

Like Green Valley Ranch for DW, Red Rock for DW, Palms for DDB, and DW and the Station Casinos for DW, DDB, and table games. Have gotten Royals at all locations, but seem to be going through a dry spell with the royals lately.

RED ROCK IS AT THE WEST END OF CHARLESTON BLVD. WHERE IT CROSSES THE 215. THE CASINO IS JUST ABOUT AS NICE AS ANY ON THE STRIP. MY FAVORITE IS THE RAMPART, THEY HAVE FULL PAY PENNY VP, ALSO FULL PAY PENNY MULTI STRIKE AND 5 PLAY MULTI STRIKE, I HAVE HAD A DEALT ROYAL ON THE TOP LEVEL $320.00 FOR A 20 CENT BUT, NOT BAD.

Lucky me, I live within a 5-minute walk of Green Valley Ranch. I moved down here from New York City at the end of August and have been enjoying GVR's hospitality ever since. If any of you who have visited GVR haven't walked around The District, be sure to do so on your next visit. It's got some nice shopping and restaurants. My girlfriend and I especially like the Elephant Bar right across from the entrance to GVR's movie theaters.

My fav. places in Vegas are Fremont and Fitzgeralds downtown and on the strip Casino Royale and Frontier. The 6-coin quarter progressive at the Frontier is one of my favs. I've hit the royal twice on that, including last summer for $4,500.
