The one and only time I ate pizza in Las Vegas was many years ago, I had California Pizza Kitchen and the only thing memorable about the pie was that it was the worst pizza I had ever eaten. But then again; I've never eaten pizza in New York the 20 or so times I've been there either.

Give me a thin crust from one of the 10 or so places I like in the Chicago area and I'm a happy pizza eater.

There are a few. Joe's NY Pizza is good but it's across from the Hard Rock and charged strip prices.
The first time I had Unos, it was great. Second time, the middle was slightly undercooked.
Same thing with the place at the Four Queens. They take a long time to cook and perhaps cooks rush them out.
