ted, i asked the question, because i really do not know the answer. i don't know many who favor socialism. this is not intended to cause an argument. i want to be educated.
are they afraid to make a decision because it may be wrong or are they just envious of others who have more? do they believe in centralized planning, where the government makes most of the decisions for you? do they realize that with gov't control is likely to have greatly reduced choices? instead of 10 different kinds of lettuce available, those in control may decide we only need 2-3 to choose from. instead of 30 different kinds of cars, with 10 different models, dozens of colors, etc, central planning could decide it is simpler to offer just a few.
who are these millions of sanders and warren supporters? there appears to be a mix of young and old, many well educated. is it simply a matter of healthcare for all? have they not read the stats on wait times for many medical consultations and procedures in countries with socialized medicine? we need to reduce the cost of our healthcare, but reducing competition is not the answer.
what do these folks have in common?
