Well, your answers are exactly what I expected...
Unfortunately your answers to 3 hands are ALL wrong.
I won’t surprise if you lose more than what you should. I believe Bob Dancer will make further comments.
But we all have been through this. Practice makes perfect.
Good luck to you!

Use freeslots.com and select the video poker machine. Turn on trainer mode on the bottom left. Click on 2X to get the normal coin payout. You can change the pay table too by clicking on a number. A useful free web page. I own and like Video Poker for Winners computer software. You can also enter a dealt hand to see what the correct hold is.
Wizardofodds.com has a hand analyzer too.
Wizardofodds.com has a hand analyzer too.

According to the wizard, (assuming I entered the hands correctly), the correct holds are:
1. KQJ of heasrs
2. unsuited QJ
3. K105 of hearts.

Exactly. And there are lots of other hands that could be played incorrectly.onemoretry wrote: ↑Mon Jan 06, 2020 12:58 pmAccording to the wizard, (assuming I entered the hands correctly), the correct holds are:

OP turned the 99% game into a 97% game and all mistakes will add up to big loss in long term. The luck won't add up unfortunately.
IMHO, playing a negative game for entertainment is acceptable as long as you lose what you should theoretically, not more than that.

At DDB especially, this is exactly what it means.
Sessions of 90% return are not uncommon in DDB depending on your session length. But when you hit a royal Aces with Kicker your return for the session can be much higher than 100%. The variance is much, much higher than blackjack.

Here’s my cracker box approach. I never play the same game all the time. I find that when you switch to a different game you usually get a good hand within the first five tries and then I switch to a different game. Has brought me in some good money
