Super Times Pay

Have you ever noticed that in Super Times Pay the multiplier is more often between 1 and 5 than 6 and 10?  Tonight I kep tract and in the 23 times I got the multiplier 22 times it was between 1 and 5 and only 1 time between 6 and 10.  Is the game weighted to give more small multipliers?
