Detroit Casinos

Motor City used to be the best Detroit casino for video poker but they converted most of the good machines from dimes to quarters and downgraded the payouts. Still probably better than Greektown or MGM because they still have a lot of variety. Trying to squeeze every last quarter out of us, I guess.

I really like Four Winds in New Boston. They have a better variety of machines than the Detroit casinos and a lot more of them.

I myself enjoy the Four Winds in New Buffalo. I haven't tried the one in New Boston, do the machines pay out well there?

We absolutely love Four Winds in New Buffalo MI. We play video poker and every time my daughter and I have gone, I’ve won and taken home money! We go about every six months as it’s a 3 1/2hr drive, but we love road trips anyway!

Of the five casinos in this thread ,the last time i checked,not one of them had any good machines.
What makes them so good?

Pay table wise, and without a gimmick like STP and such, the best you'll find in Detroit is 9/6 DDB for nickels and up at MC and dollars and up at the other 2. As for FW or Windsor, haven't been to either in years. Not sure if FK even has good games any longer.

I would have figured as much. Probably downgraded many machines when they did the same to the quater 9/6 JoB progressives.
