Can someone give insight what strategy professional players use.
Theres been many systems shared with few thousand unit at 1 domination group before heading next
but even loosing 400 is impossible in a day as it takes so long, not to mention next 400 in progression.
And if you keep loosing, how they can still win average 2000 per month...

single promotions which adds 400 units is not really much help as you can loose easily 2000 straight and so on.

Perhaps 2000 per month (long term average) but not 2000 every month. The expected win rate will vary depending on the play.
