This happened today and I have a question.
When I was dealt this this morning it auto held and locked up to the "CALL ATTENDANT" Screen without me hitting the Deal/Draw button. By not letting me hit the Draw button didn't it screw me out of the opportunity of getting a possible multiplier on the draw? This was Double STP as you can see.

Very nice. No, you still have the chance to get the multiplier even with auto lock.
And if it was a dealt royal and the machine awarded you the multiplier, I believe you would get the guaranteed 20x multiplier.
But I am not sure if 20x multiplier would be given if you are dealt with the 4 aces with kicker.

So basically the game "hit" the draw button for me and the chance of a draw multiplier popping up was still there. Is that what your are saying?

Yes. You have same exact chance to get the multiplier with auto lock.
Check this video. I guess in this scenario, 20x can only happen on the “draw”. During hand being dealt, the program didn’t know if he could complete a royal. On the draw, if multiplier is given, it’s guaranteed 20x for the dealt royal flush.

Auto hold is a good thing. The very first time I played VP, I was dealt a straight flush and forgot to hold the cards.

The help screen for the game says, "if a deal multiplier is awarded, both the deal and draw multipliers are awarded at 10x."
Back in 2010 when the game was introduced, there was initially some confusion about this. But the information that I got then, which is also shown on the Wizard of Odds's website, is that if the deal multiplier does NOT occur, which happens 14/15 of the time, you then have another 1 in 15 chance of a draw multiplier after the autohold, and that the draw multiplier would have the typical distribution with an average value of 4.01.
Since all of this happens simultaneously from the player's observation, there is not really any distinction that can be seen between whether it is a draw or deal multiplier that triggers the 20x.
In summary you will be "stuck" with the dealt royal with no multiplier about 87.11% of the time, 6.67% of the time you will get 20x, and the rest of the time the breakout looks like:
1.06% 2x
2.05% 3x
1.00% 4x
1.49% 5x
0.50% 8x
0.12% 10x
Although this is what is supposed to happen, I don't recall seeing a posting with dealt royals with any multiplier except the 20x. Each of the other numbers is rarer than the 20x behemoth.
Oh, by the way, congrats on the hit that resulted in you starting this thread!

Thanks for the congrats and the info all. I was in a pretty big hole from Saturday. We had to hang around Sunday until 12:00 pm For the Mystery Free play promo before we left. I reluctantly Hit the ATM so I could play a bit while we waited and hit this around 11:00 am. I played some back but still left about $500 ahead for the weekend after accounting for other expenses to. As for the Mystery FP I got my guaranteed $100 but my Fiance got the $1000 max!! She didn't know what to do and accidently loaded the whole thing on the Slot she was at so she had to play it through (which is what kept us there longer and me playing back more of the win than I'd planned). She was able to walk away with $560 in cash though putting her well ahead. She doesn't play that much. Overall a good weekend at Bally's for us.

As others have said, the machine would give you an opportunity for a draw multipler.
And the auto-hold was because you were dealt the top prize! Congrats!
