I purchased the software and the download does not happen quickly due to my dial-up service. Will I automatically get the CD when available? Do I have to do anything to have the CD shipped to me?
Also, I am still having problems with the Super times pay game. The face cards are black. I have internet explorer 6, and have all the latest shockwave and flash player updates. Can you help, since I love this game in or out of the casino...

Where did you purchase VPW?
You will only get the CD if you specifically ordered a CD from the vendor. I suggest contacting the support department of the vendor you purchased from.
As far as you error with black cards, are you using AOL?

The last person to experience this error was able to fix it by changing their display settings to 32bit color isntead of 16bit. (Control Panel > Display > Settings > Color Quality)
