That last line I knew unfortunately, growing up with and being in the same target shooting club with police officers from several surrounding towns. Sometimes we had full length silhouette targets. I have been a member of that club for 45 years. I would say the bad guy silhouette targets were 95 percent white bad guys and only 5 percent black even though everyone was well aware of that 18 number. There was a time however, and I remember it well when everyone shot at the same silhouette. One guess.... yep Osama Bin Laden.

I’m not condoning what happebed to George Floyd by any means, but take a look on the internet at his record including doing 5 years for home invasion and pointing a gun and worse at a pregnant woman's stomach.

during the past week of protesting, rioting and looting, the liberals also brain stormed and came up with a new idea to make america better....defund or eliminate the police altogether. that's right, no one for us to call when the bad/evil folks are attacking or robbing us. we all saw how well things went in NYC when the cops were told to stand down. that would be the norm, everyday, throughout all of america!

Absolutely! I have come close working before retirement in big cities. Especially the time when I was in my mid twenties and it was 4 against one and I was in a HARA. That stands for high assault risk area. I wouldn’t want to take them on now at 72, but it worked out ok back then. I was just lucky. Could have gone badly. I will spare the details. Let’s just say a handful of sand, a junk piece of rebar rod, and a couple of well placed fists came in real handy. Was lucky. Once in 35 years. The only other time was an attempted car jacking. It was like a cartoon. I was in my pickup at a red light. Saw it coming. Kicked open my driver’s door and he went flying. Was also lucky in that there was no car in front of me at the light so of course I took off. I never fixed the dent in my door as a reminder and good luck charm. I won’t mention anything about who or what the perps were. Would immediately be accused by the left of being racist which I am absolutely not.
