Now i have not been able to locate any org. than checks Indian casinos in such a manner as AZ. or NJ. let alone NV. with there regular checks.
Curious about CT. maybe Old's knows.

Sorry OTA, I meant no disrespect to either you or Olds. I was politely disagreeing with the statement that there was no agreement between Native American casinos and governmental agencies in Michigan.

Ted, no need to feel sorry. I just wanted some clarity. As for disagreeing with me on something in the future, feel free to do so. Never would even consider that disrespectful as long as there is no vituperativeness.

The intent of my statement about MI. was to point out that the Michigan Gaming Control Board does not regulate or monitor or check on Indian casinos in MI., as seems to be the case in AZ.
The original compact was in fact voided and a new one has been "in process" for several years and i do not know if it has been finalized. Checks for machine integrity or legality is a different matter and my two year quest to find out who,if anyone, does this has been fruitless so far.

Had an overall decent trip last evening and today at Mohegan Sun. I must say I was sonewhat preoccupied with concerns for the Trumps and people surrounding them as the news continued to evolve. The Mrs. was pretty lucky. She hit a nickel double double bonus game with quad threes with a 10 X multiplier. That was good for 8000 nickels. Just before we went home, we played an hour or so and she hit five aces on the quarter double down stud game playing bonus deuces wild. She only had 2 quarters bet, but it was good for 200 bucks additional. My night started out ice cold and I didn’t have a chance to try the single dollar play and see if I would hit another Royal short coin. I will follow up one day next week when I play alone as it might turn into a marathon. I finally hit quad deuces which brought me back to within 100 bucks or so of being even. I have to ask the Mrs. if she still has the pictures in her phone of her hits. If so I will post them. A couple of mine are attached from last night.
One more bit of good news, the new director of player development with a recommendation by a host I know very well upgraded me to Soar status for the next six months. I was only 100 points short of making the goal by the September 30 cut off date.

FAA, I would not try to starve the machine at any time. There is no way you can predict whether you will hit early, late, in the middle or throughout, your session. Sometimes nothing makes any sense other than to prove randomness. Given the relatively few hands I have played over the past few months, I have been dealt 4 Jacks on the first hand after inserting a twenty. This week I hit 4 fours, 4 times, none with a kicker. Three of the four times were consecutive over 2 days. They were the only quads I hit during that time until down to my last $1.25 in the machine, I hit 4 queens. Today, I was dealt 4 deuces with the kicker. The next hand, had a pair of 8s and was dealt the other 2 on the re-deal. The only thing consistent is that I play the max 5 coins every hand.

So Thursday I went to the casino for about 1 1/2 hours. Must of played about 500 -600 hands. Guess what I hit 4 fours. 5th time this week. Again no kicker. Also 4 eights again. The quirkiness of VP.

Went back to the casino tonight. Played about 650 hands of DDB. Hit 4 fours for the 6th time in the last 2 weeks and once again, no kicker. I figure I played about 5000 hands the last 2 weeks. No complaints as all were DDB progressive hands.

2-4 with kicker happens every 6K hands. 4 Aces with kicker happens every 15K hands. You are still not playing enough to see them.

With all due respects, all I was pointing out was an anomaly., 6 times getting 4 fours in about 5,000 hands. I don't count the number of hands I play and, except for recent and unusual occurrences over time, no idea how many premium hands I have gotten. I am at the casino to have a could time, not to collect data to write a thesis. However, looking at the points I have accumulated since the casinos reopened in June, I know how many hands I have played cumulatively in that time-span since I have only played at one casino where I get a point for every dollar coin-in. Also, I have an idea how many points I have gotten recently by glancing at the points displayed on the machine.

Just looked at my point count which sits at 30,119. Dividing $1.25 into that figure (I only play single hand max 5 coin per hand), it comes to 24,095 hands played (somehow I got credited for an odd amount of 39 cents when I first began playing in June). Besides numerous 4 of a kinds, I have had 2-4 with kickers twice and AWAK twice. Got 4 aces as well once or twice. I don't remember the last time I had a RF, only that it was well before my last trip with my late wife to Vegas in 2017. No idea how many hands I have played since the last RF though I am sure the number is way over 40,000.

So I went tonight and played 658 hands ($831) coin-in. Incredibly, I hit another 4 fours, no kicker. Part of a good night as I also hit 4 aces, no kicker, and another quad. I really should write down what the progressive was at, or take a picture as I can't remember the exact amount. The aces, I believe was around $535 and the 4s around $114. Thanks Olds for not chastising me for appropriating your thread. Just couldn't resist after another 4 fours. It reinforces the unpredictability of VP you have noted often in forum posts.
