I can't speak for oej, but in my case I gotta call 'em as I see 'em. Our friend is probably smart enough that he has a watch that knows how to change for leap year, unlike the rest of us.

When he sobers up about noon today he may just get his wife to tell him that today is Maech 1. Yes even in Arizona and Oregon and Tennessee it is March 1.

Interesting how a mudskipper could think that he might qualify as a certified mudslinger! Perhaps in an inebriated state,one can even be King.
