Anyone else hate spin poker as much as I do? If I wanted to play a spinning slot machine, I would do that. I hate spin poker !

Generally personal preference has little to do with my decision as to what game to play. I look at it in terms of how many dollars per hour I'm expecting to make. If the most lucrative game is Spin Poker, I'll play it. If it's not, I won't. I'm in the casino to make money. Period.
If it's a choice between games where the casino has the edge, I'd skip the casino altogether. it makes no sense to me at all to play a losing game --- especially in the time of Covid. I can play for free on this site if love for the game is my driving force (which it isn't).

Not a recent thread but...
As a long time slot player it was my gateway to video poker. I still play it from time to time especially at nickels or dime level to kill some time, I generally play 5 or 10 play draw poker now. When you hit a 4OAK or Royal, most often it is paid 3 ways. If you get lucky and get some good premium hands in short time it can be lucrative.
