Looks like Gila River is going to build a new casino minutes from where I live and, depending on the exact site location, possibly adjacent to a residential area. The outcry has begun!http://www.mygilariver.com/view/downloa ... _file_2083

If it gets built is it good for you or not? I mean you will be close but that has pros and cons.

Not good. Rather have it further away because of traffic and other assorted negatives including impact on property values. Besides which, my late wife and I rarely went to the nearest casino. Best pay tables, atmosphere, and clientele were more distant. There are a half a dozen casinos within an hour of my house. In addition, for various reasons I have decided to forgo going to local casinos in the foreseeable future. From my perspectives, no pros.
