Today I was on a machine that offered only 9/6 JOB and 8/6 BPD. I wanted good old 8/5 BP. I thought that it was just an omission on the adjacent machine I played last week. But apparently this is the whole damn bar’s architecture. I was upset to discover later that I went from 99.54% to 98.49%! It’s an okay game and I did hit a max SF. But I’d like to take a vote on which you would select. I don’t think that I’ll make that steep a trade off again. Poor pick; damn near busted me sans SF.

lets see now, 9 6 job returns 99.54 % . 8 5 bonus returns 99.17 % . in california math is racist ! but I dont live in California ! at the risk of being politicly incorrect math is not racist and nether am I , but I digress . sorry. watching too much news ! MY usual question , Is there a doctor in the house ??

Point taken. I would still forego 0.37% EV for some actual excitement, of which JOB is devoid. But 1.05% was way too steep for my blood, which boiled after discovering the BPD EV.

FAA the BPD game is my on the way out the door game. last Wednesday I was down $900 I head for the door stop at 1 of only $2 denom machines with my last 100 bucks. I am going home down 1k or getting a $800 hit. I would say 40% of the time I get a hit.

I am still locked in. It does restrict me to the JOB lane in that particular bar. So it has been a learning curve. I will certainly be much more judicious in game selection. 90% JOB and your on my way out technique, perhaps. Quite relieved that they graciously bailed me out of my madness. Dealt straight flush! No fuss, no muss. It would be churlish to complain. At Harrah’s, I just keep spiraling down to my doom. I could set my clock by it.

Now this is playable. Even profitable for a casino. At that denomination, the crashing busts will more than pay for the hits. Still too rich for me.

Exactly. That's what you should be playing FAA. Gives you the excitement of a premium quad, and is a little higher EV than JOB
