Trip Update: Thursday, September 1 & 2

With the semester closing in, Wednesday morning I suggested a quick trip over to GNLC so we wouldn't be over with the Labor Day weekend crowds. I had a evening class so we left late Wednesday evening after my college class. I was exhausted from three hours of driving. VIP had promised a corner suite with a late checkout. We arrived and none was available. I showed the Registration my text and suggested since none was saved she could place us in a Penthouse suite. So around 10:45 pm. we head down from our corner penthouse suite, with what was expected to be a quick one night stand.

The first hour was mainly misery as Sweet C went through most of her bankroll and I was down to spending my potential Day 2 bankroll if we stayed. Then my luck changed.
11:49 Luck was on my side as I hit 4 Aces on DDB 50¢ which I rarely play.
12:08 A 25¢ Royal in spades hit.
Then the deuces began a run
12:33 Deuces hit on 25¢.
12:35 Aces hit again on DDb @ 25¢

12:42 4 deuces on DW
1:05 4 deuces on DW Bonus
1:23 4 deuces again on DW Bonus on 50¢
2;57 Caught a 3 deuce SF and hit again on DW Bonus 50¢
4:05 Caught 3 deuces on another SF and caught 1x4 deuces and 1x4 D/A on DW Bonus 25¢
4:32 Caught another 4 Deuces on DW Bonus
Headed to bed around 5:00.
Around 4:00 pm we went to eat supper and decided to play a short time to build up the Average Daily Theoretical since we had place into Thursday during the early morning. After dinner my luck continued.
5:49 4 deuces @ 50¢ on a 1 deuce hold DW
7:19 4 deuces again on a 2 deuce hold on DW Bonus
Then everything went downhill.
Sweet C ran out of bankroll twice and we debated back and forth whether to head home before it got too late. As a compromise, we decided to stay but go to Coushatta (40 minutes away) with the best VP odds in the state of La. We decided to each bankroll $200 from my winnings. I sat at my favorite 100 play machine and began playing 2¢ and 5¢ multiple hands.
9:17 A 3 deuce/Ace deal led to 1X2/A and 6x4 deuces
9:37 I caught a 2¢ Royal
9:54 I caught a 5¢ Royal holding nothing.
9:59 A 4RF deal led to 2 more Royals on 5¢
10:29 A 3RF led to another 5¢ Royal
10:44 Caught 4 deuces on a 2 deuce hold on 25¢ on the 4th hand of 25¢ and then went down.
11:12 Caught another 5¢ Royal on 3RF hold
A couple more 4 deuces hands on 5¢ and two more 4-deuces/A led to $1,100 cash out ticket.

Nice drive back to the penthouse, ate a late/early snack and headed to bed for an early checkout.
I don't have time for posting pictures since the full semester onslaught begins in the morning and 3 more of my student teachers notified me this weekend of positive Covid-19 test results from being on campuses with their students this past week. Thank you Texas legislature and gov.
