I swear I cannot get a good hit online or in person anymore. I used to hit like crazy at the casinos. Literally hit 5 Royals and Aces with a kicker 3 times in one afternoon. Now I can hardly get a full house.

If you hit 8 hands that were each 1 in 40,000 occurrences in one afternoon, you have to give the universe a chance to even itself out.

Agree, though depending on the game 4Awk is about 1 in 16000. And at least you used to hit at the casino, not just online...

The odds of hitting five Royals and three AWAK in an afternoon are astronomical. Expecting them on a regular basis is slightly unrealistic.

Depends on if he/she was playing multi-line, two dealt hands could account for that. A first post, so take it for what that's worth.

I am finding the same thing. You will notice a lack of posts with hand pays by me lately. I don’t play on line except for fun. I may have found a way to overcome the nearly 4 percent house edge on an All Star 2 nickel game on Deuces wild. Two successful trips do far, but winning 20 bucks is a far cry from my 15,000 buck hand pay early this year. Still a win is a win. If I get up to a dozen successful trips without a loser I will post. The machines are either triple or regular spin poker and involve constantly changing lines and bets per line and even denomination sometimes. It also involves a bit of simple math in one’s head. Luckily I have a choice of nickels, dimes, quarters, halves, dollars, two dollars and even up from that. My test will just be on nickels and dimes. Even that can get expensive playing many lines and many bets per line. Another trial tonight.
