It's possible that machines are software hacked; however I doubt that would be the case in regulated Nevada. Perhaps in a few tribal gaming casinos or foreign countries - would be disappointing but would not surprise me. Many smaller tribal gaming casinos are not making big profits, due to a number of factors we can discuss if you wish. Tribes are looking for strategies to take more advantage of their sovereignty, and distance from regulation, including the controversial payday loan business. Personally I think the larger California Indian Gaming Casinos are clean and honest -- high revenues and profits, and too much to lose. Just my opinion.
