Re: Worst vp in America
See u soon at m sun Olds , not feeling too well right now. I was there 2 weeks ago and a lady I know lost 4 grand at pickem for dollars 5 bucks a tug in 2 days . I recall a while ago hitting 3 quads for 1800 dollars and a few other things in 20 miniutes , had 2300 dollars up 2100 dollars. Lost it all in 2 hours or so , so I understand why u r not a fan of 99.9531% full pay pickem. Or should I say sic em . lol .

These opinions are right on the nose. New England has some of the best and worst. Bally's Twin River is worst #1 - everything said is true. (I hope they don't take away the full pay JOB at Bally's AC)
Plainridge does have some playable VP. Single line 9/5 DDB at quarter isn't too bad.
Hollywood Bangor is a close second as the worst. Horrible, and a small casino with few machines.

That's damn good for video keno!Minnesota3 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 04, 2022 11:23 pmWow, all of this makes my 9/5 DDB I play with 5 coin max 4000 coin royal and video keno at just below 95% (the 5/5 pays 838 coins) seem lucrative here in Minnesota.
Enjoy.

It sucks!
But at 15 minutes away it makes for a nice weekly getaway to play a couple hours, grab something to eat and enjoy the sights.
Last couple weeks I have been playing the blackjack option on the game kings using a 1-10 dollar progression which are the minimum and maximum bets. It's a 97.5% game, more or less. Split, Double 10 and 11 only, blackjack pays (eeeeek!) even money.
Still beats the hell out of the vp, vk, video roulette or those damn 88% pennies.
This place used to be be much greater pre-covid with free soda/coffee machines, parking lot shuttle, free monthly buffets even for low rollers, a poker room, a KFC buffet open late and free valet-now 5 bucks and they still expect a tip the 5 goes to the casino or so they say. All the above gone and pretty obviously not coming back soon if ever. They don't need to; the place is packed like a sardine can every Friday and Saturday night.

The old motto was TWIN RIVER SO MUCH SO CLOSE
With the new name they changed it to
BALLY'S TWIN RIVER JUMP TO THE THRILL
Yeah big ******* thrill from 88% penny's, 93% VP and VK, no free booze, $5 plus tip valet and not even soda and coffee machines any more.
LOL

Well they brought smoking back to the main floor.
Every smoking degenerate in RI and MA is there with a few from NH. What a treat!
I have switched all my playing to the smoke free 2nd floor. A few triple play nickel ultimate x machines which I play with the ultimate x off. If those are all occupied I play the Dean Martin money burst at 60 cent minimum till one opens up. Actually just hit for $80.
Ain't THAT a kick in the head?

Nevada enters the chat.
U1 Gaming machines are unusual because the payback is disclosed for every game. The company operates primarily in its home state of Montana, but also has placements throughout NV.
Here's the vp menu, including a few conventional games and several with bonus features:

Payback improves for higher bet amounts. This is for the minimum bet, 5 cents, Jacks or Better:

Pay schedule is 5/4/3, with quads and royal flush reduced from normal. "Pro Hold" mode is enabled, so optimal holds are provided during play. I calculate 90.06%, but officially it's 91.04% which I presume includes the card-of-the-day and mystery wheel spin bonuses.

Dinghy, that gets my vote as the worst pay table in America (maybe the world)
