Four men are in a boat. They have a pack of cigarettes but no matches, lighter, or anything that can spark a flame. A few minutes later, they are all smoking. How?

The first time my brother told that to me about 15 years ago it was told with only 3 guys in the boat. Must be 4 now because of inflation.....

Heeeeeeee!!! And I was going to use a wacky scientific explanation like they took one man’s glasses and used them as a magnifying glass to amplify and bring the sun’s rays closer creating a focal point that could ignite the cigarette.
