Magic deal is a great game, especially when the magic was the fourth Ace.

Question on this game as it's currently one of the daily contests..
I thought that the "magic cards" you were dealt were automatically kept for all ten hands. Had a dealt Ace in the first spot, and spots 4 and 5 were "magic" and I rec'd 2 more Aces. Yet the draw didn't save those 2 aces.
Did get a royal out of it, but curious as to what I did wrong.

You did nothing wrong - that's the way the game plays.
Once you have decided what to hold, each hand starts with that hold and plays separately. Therefore, the magic card(s) are not the same for each hand, as it depends on what non magic card(s) are drawn first. Then, the magic card(s) that will result in the best possible hand appear.

Thanks for the comment, but is that entirely true? Here's someone else's hand. It kept the magic card, 3 of clubs, for every hand.

Yes, because the best card it could draw is the 3 of clubs. Had the non-magic card draw been the 3 of clubs, then the magic card would've drawn an A, 2, or 4 for 3's with a kicker like it did in hand number 6

Also, had you been dealt 333 with at least one kicker and a magic card, you'd hold the 333 and the kicker and get all hands with 3's WAK.
