Reno rich
Recent trip to Reno, via Harrah's charter flight. First impression of
downtown was not good. Small casino not a large selection of Poker machines
although the pay tables were fine. So I ventured to Eldarodo, also small, and
found a $.25 triple play. Dealt me 4,3's with the kicker and then 4 A's no
kicker which gave me money to play on. What a nice surprise. Back to Harrah's,
which was a nice friendly place despite the small size and decided to play $1
since I had money to burn. Got the 4A's with kicker on a progressive for
$2100. Took a picture with my cell phone and sent to my hubby who was somewhere
else. Next day went to the Atlantis and lost way too much. Headed to
Peppermill. These new machines all play Max credit of 60. Good grief, way too
much for me so I set it on the usual 5 and hit a royal for a grand, switched
games from DD to TD and hit 4A's with the kicker for another grand. One more
day to play so back to Harrah's. Got a Royal on a progressive for $1120. Great
experience all the way around. I actually brought money HOME for a change.
Free rooms and food with my players card. They want their money back so we just
got an offer to fly to Biloxi free. Can't beat a deal like that so off we go
again. Hubby taking golf clubs and me taking my fanny pack full of money.

Was in the Atlantis this weekend didn't run into you. Sounds like you did well everywhere else. I came home a winner, too. Atlantis is usually good to me.
