Multi Card Cleopatra is my favorite but the only casino that has it in my area requires an extra 30min drive and coming back can be an hour + if you leave at the wrong time. So I usually end up playing Multi Card Keno at the closer casino if I have a bigger bank roll, or classic Cleopatra if funds are tight

4 card keno on Fremont is my favorite Keno game. El Cortez and Main Street Station.
I always seem to hit 7/7 , 6/6 multiple times for pretty good jackpots.
