I got the 5X upon swiping at the kiosk and earned 154 TCs. A 7 Stars told me six hours later that sometimes he doesn’t get it because he plays full pay VP. He had just hit a $4,000 RF on a machine I’d just abandoned and said he didn’t care.

"3X Tier Credit Multiplier: Must swipe for this Promotion at a Promotional Kiosk to receive the 3X Tier Credit Multiplier on earned Tier Credits only. Participants can multiply a maximum of 1,000 Base Tier Credits. Multiplied Tier Credits will be applied to Participant's account by April 30, 2023.

Maybe the rules on the 5x promo are different, but that looks like you may be screwed.
