I finally got dealt the hand in question here on the website. Sadly, I didn't get a deal or draw multiplier. So the quest continues...

The Pro Training feature available on this site has DSTP as one of its games. With it, you can specify which cards are dealt AND a deal multiplier. A dealt royal with a deal multiplier gets 20x. Dealt quad aces plus kicker with a deal multiplier on 9-6 TDB does not get 20x.

The old video poker pocket app that videopoker.com had allowed you to input hands as well. Not every dealt royal with a deal multiplier gave the 20x as promised in the rules screen.
