You mean win/loss #s? Online player portal or app. Detail varies by operator. Some only provide prior-year. IIRC, MGM (Borgata) has nearly real-time current info. If you want a session result, you just need to snapshot your #s before you play, and then again after.

Caesars is prior-year only afaik.
