Thanks again. Over Royaled would be something else especially if it happens as my bets climb. Probably a solo trip tomorrow evening. Still have the room through 1pm Friday. Discipline must prevail. No Wild short bursts at 20 bucks a pop for like 15-25 hands. I am keeping track of something new. If one has an ice cold machine and you change the game and or denomination in the same machine, it seems like you will hit mini streaks. Probably just my imagination, but maybe not.

Yeah, you'll sometimes have a mini streak on a game change. Denom change would be way too risky on the 1/2/5 machines. I've come back to reality. Dollar play must be avoided for about a month.

I have had good luck with this and a decent bankroll behind me. It takes the boredom out of JOB. When you lose 4 times your current bet amount, up your bet one unit. If you win anything over your current bet amount, back down one unit. Decide on your own when to cash out. That’s the tough part. To avoid a very long dud cycle. On deuces wild, I wait for a loss of six times my bet amount. The idea of course is to hit at a higher bet level. When that Royal above hit, a long dud cycle had preceded it. I would not recommend it with a 200 buck bankroll unless playing nickels. Any method of any type can always bust. My wife has much better discipline than I do. Anytime she is ahead even a few bucks, she cashes out her ticket and saves it. Then she starts all over with another bill or even another machine. At some point, she cashes out her tickets to see if she is ahead overall for the trip. Then she decides what to do. She rarely loses even with 97 percent machines. Sometimes she does play like I do 8-10 hours. It just takes that long sometimes or I should say most times. Solo trip planned for later tonight. Stopped to see my friends at the animal shelter earlier today. I always want to take everything home.
