He’s waiting on his next free drink and it’s the tip. You don’t indulge in such a vice, of course. No draft beer, folks. The cup is only two thirds of a bottle. I like to document four figure hits to acknowledge that people indeed do win big. Visualize triumph. It can’t hurt.

Except you don't know what his day has been like up to this point. Based on the lousy pay table it's quite possible he's still in the hole.

I know it is each to his/her own, but I tip my servers 2 bucks now and my favorites and the best ones 5. Thinking back, we were tipping a buck 25 years ago. . Can’t take it with me and some work so hard yet still manage a smile and remember to give you a Napkin, straw if needed, even an extra bottle of water on their tray.

I tip anywhere from $1 to $10 depending on how I'm doing and if the service is good/correct. Many times I'll give them one of the TITOs I have that are less than $10 (useless to me). But I would say most tip 1 or 2 bucks.

Every drink I get I give $5, at Amphora I tip my server $20. Hard working people deserve to be treated appropriately. A dollar is an insult.
