got my statement this morning and by some miracle i'm up almost 11k from last month

Here’s a little mortgage reit I kept. I’m not saying to buy it, but it’s worth a look. SACH. It’s only about 2.50 a share and pays a 13 percent dividend. Low interest rates may bring it back to 4 bucks a share over time. I think they bought back shares last year too. I only have 100 shares in an IRA so the dividends can compound tax free until withdrawal. I also kept DOC and BXMT. Sold the rest while I had gains.

-2.6%, -3, -3.4%. I’m just roadkill for the rest of year.

Been following this guy for a while, he is not like these doom and gloomers on you tube. He has been spot on if you go back to some of his older vids. What he sees coming is disturbing. I short term trade based off this guy both long and short trades. Don't know this guy not recommending anything about his trading.

I watched it last night Wildman. Very interesting. Right. Right now, I’m sitting tight with less than 15 percent in stocks. If he’s right, it will be straight down sooner than later. Forgot to mention the other day, I’m also hanging on to STWD for now and collecting a nice 10 percent dividend.

Markets refuse to stay down. They recovered huge the last few days. Really hard to understand what is actually going on. Did some buying while they were down but could have used a longer dip.

Doris and I both rose nicely in July. But markets of course are down 4% since July 31.

I still have an elastic around my wallet along with Mr Buffet’s 277 Billion in cash. My only recent nibble was the Russell 2000 ETF and so far that failed. No other trades except my small gains on PLTR and SQQQ. I think at least one day this week there will be a selloff, and will get something. I was a bit late to get PayPal so now I have to wait again. It popped 5 points since I missed it
