Delicious. If anyone wants the recipe, I can post here. Very easy uses Bisquick. Or maybe I can attach link if anyone wants it. I think it’s the one from All recipes.com, but there are many similar ones on the internet. The Mrs. substituted Monterey Jack cheese or Parmesan and I just sprinkled the Parmesan on the top. At any rate, it was delicious.

Ok. For some reason, I dont know how to post a link here so I took some screen shots. It is from taste of home website zucchini pie pictures are coming. The Mrs switched out Monterey Jack cheese for Parmesan, but I sprinkled some Parmesan on top of mine. She also added diced tomato. She also used both yellow and green squash, though it would taste the same with all of one color. Some people add meat to theirs we liked it the way it was here are the screenshots. I guess I need to figure out how to post a link another time. Enjoy

At risk of turning into the Bizarro World Food Network here, the Mrs just made some beat the heat delicious chicken salad we had on toast. White Chicken Breast, chopped celery, roasted red pepper, onion, light mayo and black pepper. Yum. Forgot a sprinkle of red pepper flakes too.

Thanks Olds...It's similar to a zucchini frittata I make, I'll be curious to see what it'll be like to add the Bisquick to mine.

The most beautiful and unusual rainbow appeared a little while ago down at the end of my street. I was lucky enough to be able to see and tape it.

Cool. If I didn't lose them when my sim card went bad, I have pictures of a double rainbow taken from my old neighborhood. If I find one, I will post it.
