😂 I watched all of the original horror movies growing up. Lon Cheney, Bella Lugosi, And on and on. All in black and white, of course. The original Wolfman was pretty scary but by far the one that terrified us around age 9 or so was a movie that I think came out in 1958 called The Tingler. One of my all-time favorite redos of those movies is Young Frankenstein. I must’ve seen that 20 times. Well, anyway, I just finished a nice tuna sandwich, some vegetable soup, and a slice of lemon meringue pie( my favorite ) in the lounge. Now I’m off to hopefully what won’t end up being my own horror movie overnight.

Two decent hits, but not nearly enough. On the dealt quad of course I was hoping for the Joker.
At least the trip was rounded out with an excellent lunch at Tuscany with use or lose choice credits. Crab cakes, a delicious Wedge Salad, too good homemade bread, fresh asparagus, and Coconut gelato for desert! Always ordered with no salt. 🙂
Final trip for August tomorrow with the Mrs just for Brunch. Also use or lose. No overnight offered.

The old not nearly enough trip. We pay so much for such soon forgotten Pyrrhic victory hits.

Ah yes. I King of Epirus have defeated the Romans( Bizarro ) a few times this year, but those other than limited skirmishes have left the ranks of my account (my troops ) disheartened, famished, tattered, and torn.

Back from an overnight with the Mrs. I was brought back to the Bizarro Woodshed for another whoopin! The Mrs struggled all afternoon and into mid evening on her usual game and she finally caught a really nice one. Great for her. Put a dent in my losses. 😬. Our brunch at Tuscany was great as usual, but I was punished accordingly for our “ free “ hundred dollar treat!

Nice. At least you got a meal. I played degenerately until I had but 2 dollars in my wallet. I subsisted on coffee, beer and gatorade.

And congrats early as you are but 2 posts shy of 10,000.

Yikes. Wish I had the 10k I gave them over the last 2 months. Funny, I had exactly 2 bucks in my wallet as well and had to borrow a 20 from the Mrs for the tip to cover our “ free “ brunch. Often when I go solo, and go into marathon mode overnight, I skip the lounge and subsist on a drink called Toast ( non alcohol ), beer if I’m not driving, a pack of Lance pb or cheese crackers, and of course coffee 😬. The free coffee and begins at 5 AM for Krispy Kreme, and 6 AM for Dunkin. The most I can tolerate on Krispy Kreme‘s coffee is two or three sips and toss the rest. Dunkin is OK if they know how to brew it. I get the doughnut or in my case donuts plural because I have the wife’s card too, and get them in a to go bag, but more often than not devour one of them with the coffee. Unless I can make up some or most of my losses this year before the end of December, unfortunately I will have squandered the nice gains so far in the market this year 😬. The only thing I will say is while playing, my stress level goes way down and my heart rate ( unless I’m at the end of bankroll ) , drops to a nice steady 62. 👍

Beware of Greeks and casinos bearing gifts. Free play is their Trojan horse. I have also taken the two dollar walk of shame out of the AC money pit. Ironically, its namesake was stabbed 23 times by his own senators! What the hell am I still doing there?
