I think we've all had a few of those.

More than a few for me. Just try and make the best of it and try and remember VP is supposed to be fun and a rec hobby. When I get frustrated on a few bad sessions, I force myself to go back to “ work “ and see what I can do in the market.
. The market was never my real work, I just say it is cause it’s quite time consuming

Pedestrian pepperoni pizza outside Wild Wild West. Next Sunday visit, I may enjoy the $43 Hard Rock buffet. If nothing else, it certainly prevents two hours of near certain VP losses. The best deal in town.

I had Smuckers Strawberry Uncrustables for lunch. Washed down with some diet coke. No scenic view.
By the look of that cardboard with ketchup on it that you had, my lunch was tastier.

doris, I too, enjoy thin crust pizza and don't particularly care for deep dish pizza. Being from Chicago (the pizza capital of the world) allows me to take shots at what some people would refer to as pizza.
Hey, even pizza eaters are jolly in Joliet.

Seeking something to tide me over before dinner, I grabbed a Happy Hour hummus platter at Doughtery’s for $5. It would be nice if they didn’t serve broken flatbread. Maybe I’m asking too much.

Healthy at least. I always have the Roasted Red Pepper Hummus on hand at home.

I would never go to a restaurant that served flat bread rather than pita with hummus. That's like serving a hot dog on a tortilla.
