Unfortunately, some of their promos are vp-unfriendly. For example, the Monday RC multiplier offers a robust 10x (+1 with the app) for Seven Stars tier, but vp is capped at 2x.

Yes, it's probably the best play in Tahoe. I didn't see anything viable at either Bally's or Golden Nugget.

However the Row says hi. Only an hour away, the Row has a Monday multiplier wheel spin with 7x minimum for Seven Stars. This is the last month though, as they're switching over to a flat 4x for April. You have to avoid the $20/pt machines, but they have plenty of full-pay at the regular earn rate.

I like that the Caesars regional markets seem to be allowed significant autonomy. That way I have good ones to play, and can avoid the bad ones.
