Good luck to you both tonight, and tomorrow morning too, olds. Two wins would be twice as nice, double the fun.

I assume the JOB is out of your system.

Instant replay worked. About the same results. I am still working on an aggressive 9/6 JOB betting method. Will be awhile. Tried it early this morning. Quarter game. Put in 1 hundred. Cashed out 153 bucks. 👍. It will only be playable though on games that allow bets from 1-25. Not many do anymore. Also allowing denomination change helps too. It’s not really a system because none work long run, but it relays on fewer hits on larger bets than more hits on smaller bets. Just like all Clone methods.

Little successes add up. Better than losses.

👍 you got that right Bill. Had many of those over the VP years only to give it all back and then some before the session ended. Now, as much as we enjoy playing VP, we are trying to hit and run or at least dial back to playing for Pennie’s for fun. Boy is that hard to do though!!! 😂

Pennies indeed. I came across a 1958 Wheaties today. Just midway through Ike’s second term. My whole philosophy is fewer hits on larger bets. A couple of max quads makes my trip, as it did today. Seeking a third quad is usually my downfall.

Spent many a Rainey day growing up going through 50 dollar bags of Pennie’s. Back then, pre 1959, we were looking for Indian head Pennie’s from the late 1800s and early 1900s up to 1909. We also looked for the better dates of course. By the way, your 1958 Lincoln cent was the last year for the Wheat cent. The mintage was actually pretty low about 252 million. However, if it is a 1958D penny, I think over 600,000,000 were made. Some of the years before that, over 1 billion were minted each year. This is preliminary, but below is my new JOB Clone trial. I am pretty confident on this one. 3 consecutive sessions so far. The downside is you need a machine that allows a bet of up to 25 quarters. Since I have very little patience in flat betting, this is right up my alley. A huge bankroll is not needed either.

Rule number one, anytime your total exceeds or matches your highest total over the 400 quarters you started with, return to betting 5 quarters. An alternative and much less aggressive rule is anytime your total exceeds 400 quarters, return to bet 5 quarters.
Beginning with bet 5….after 2 consecutive losses, advance to bet 6. After 2 more consecutive losses, advance to bet 7. After 2 more, advance to bet 8 and so forth as high as you have to go until you hit something.
Here are the back down rules…….if you hit 2 pair on your first hand after advancing one unit, back down one unit. For example from bet 8 to bet 7.
If you hit 3 of a kind in either of the first 2 hands after advancing, back down one unit. Example from bet 8 to bet 7.
If you hit a straight, back down 2 units. Example from bet 8 to bet 6.
If you hit a flush, back down 2 units. Fro example from bet 8 to bet 6.
If you hit a quad, back down 10 units. Example if you were at bet 17, you would back down to bet 10, but most likely you would be at bet 5 due to your total or even cash out.
If you hit a Straight flush or a Royal, count your blessings and cash out.
If you are lucky enough to get from 100 bucks to 120-140 strongly consider cashing out, take a break, and try another machine later.
If you are unlucky enough to have progressed up to bet 25 and lose the next 2 hands, cash out or if you lost your 100 before that, take a break and try another machine later.
If you hit a Full House, back down 3 units. Example from bet 8 to bet 5.

Hope there are no typos here. If so or questions let me know. I will be trying this later tonight. Trial 4. I just noticed the full house rule is out of place. Sorry. Also if you do lose 100 bucks before getting to bet 25, optional put in one more hundred and continue where you left off, but after losing at bet 25, cash out and take a break. This is only another way to manage your money and nothing more. Of course, one wants to hit the big stuff at the higher bet levels. I have tried this over the years and tried to double my money before cashing out of a machine. More times than not, I lost by hitting a dud streak at the higher bet levels. 😬
