How to get 7 Stars for Fast?

Hello all! How are there so many people getting 7 stars so fast? what does this typically look like? thanks!

Every 4 achievements gives you a star. You have 11 achievements, so one more would give you another star to start the month with (3). Then every 5000 points you earn fills in other stars. Play, play, play!!!
A lot of people start the month with 5 stars, so they only need 2 days of play earning 5000 points each day. So, by the 2nd of the month their stars are filled in.

I start each month with 5 stars, but I've never reached 7 in only two days. To me, 5000 hands per day is a ton more play than I would ever put on.
