I can't say we swam there, but we did stay, and play there once, back when the Tropicana was part of the Penn operation. My strongest memory from that trip is being dealt a straight flush while playing 50 line 5c bonus poker.

It’s funny how older memories stay with us even as we get older………Now where did I just set my glasses down?
. If anyone wants to know the cubic inch displacement of various V8 engines from the 1950s, just let me know.
. I’ve never been to Vegas, but we did make a donation a couple of times in the 1980s to the one in Atlantic City.

Tropicana had FULL pay poker machine back in the 90's and one of my First 20K hits was at the Tropicana. The hosts were wonderful and even comped you to entertainment at other casino's like the Desert Inn where I got to see Don Rickles for a 4th time RIP.
