Odd error message

Webman, twice now I've gotten the following error message after logging in. Any idea what this is, or why it's occurring? It shows up as a dropdown from my address bar, asking me to click OK when it appears:

{"readyState":0,"status":0,"statusText":"error"}

After I click OK, everything seems to be okay, just is a bit odd is all.

Do you remember what page you ended up on after logging in when this happened?

I had just logged in and was trying to pull up the contests page. After clicking OK, it took me there, no problem.

DuckDuckGo. This message has never happened before when using DDG, so I don't think that's the problem. I have been having problems with my Spectrum internet (have been for years) in that the bandwidth is nowhere near the 400 Mbps that they're supposed to be providing me. I have a technician coming in this Friday to look over the building wiring as they claim there is some interference on my modem. But that has been going on for six years and the error message first occurred only about 10 days ago.

Odd error message
