Feedback on VideoPoker.com Mobile App Retirement
I wanted to share some feedback regarding the mobile experience, especially with the upcoming end of support for the VideoPoker.com and VideoKeno.com mobile apps after August 1, 2025.
I've tried using the web version on my Android phone, but it's very difficult to navigate. Even when I zoom in, the layout doesn't adjust well for smaller screens. The buttons are small, and it’s not easy to scroll or tap accurately — it makes gameplay frustrating.
With the mobile apps going away soon, I’m concerned that there won’t be a good alternative for those of us who mainly play/train on phones. Is there any plan to improve the mobile site experience or release a progressive web app with better touch support?
Thanks for keeping these games available — I’d just love to see the mobile experience become more user-friendly before the app support ends.
Best,
Jersey Mike

Appreciate the feedback. Are you turning your phone sideways while playing on the web site?

A few things there that are less than ideal, to be sure. I think some device settings are probably messing with your layout a bit. I'll see if I can improve that here. A couple questions so we can try to duplicate what you are seeing:
1) Are you on a Galaxy phone or a different Android device?
2) Is that screenshot zoomed/scrolled at all, or exactly at the size the game loads?

It has to be his phone. Here's what that same game looks like on my Android Galaxy.

My phone is fine. Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra. I switched browsers and enabled desktop mode and it's almost Full screen.

Much better. What browser were you in for the previous screenshot?
