Can Casinos manipulate their video poker games, or is it truly random?

Sure, they can manipulate them. "Hey Bill, move that Ultimate X game over next to the Stack em High machine."

The topic of machines being "manipulated" here in these forums has been beaten to death.

If you feel that video poker machines are "manipulated" by the casino - DON'T PLAY THEM!!!

Because if I said " Hey FAA" no one in their right mind would believe that he worked in a casino.

Actually, OTA, like video poker machines, it was completely random...
