Re: Off to Nevada
Wednesday was a total non-play day, with vegging, driving to Reno, and dining.
Yesterday, we got on the 50 line 5c machines at the Silver Legacy. My wife played her preferred game,
super Aces, and I did find the 98.91% version of deuces wild on my machine, and I played that.
Are you ready for this? For the second time in her life, playing the super aces, my wife was dealt the four aces for a $5000 jackpot! Aside from that hand, despite a royal and ten more sets of quad aces, she could just break even for the rest of the session. That does confirm the volatility of that game. When we went back in the afternoon for a brief session, she added $600 to her winnings.
I, too, had an interesting day, playing deuces wild. Not once did I draw to three deuces, and over the entire day, with the exception of one hand, I had just two sets of quad deuces. I did draw twice to four to the royal, hitting just one royal in the 100 attempts.
That one hand I referred to above was, believe it or not, dealt four deuces, for a $2500 jackpot! Courtesy of that, I was up $1700 for the morning. My afternoon play did cost me %400, for a net win of $1300 for the day.
Our trip still has 11 days to go, but so far it's been our best trip ever.

Congrats to both of you on your trip so far OMT. I'm glad that your individual first day's results didn't act as a precursor.
My ex-squeeze used to love Super Aces as well. With me favoring TDB, volatility always had to be thought of.
Continued good luck to you.
