Bally’s

Post by FAA »

Bally’s has a new video poker section. It is rather garish and tacky. But it is insulated from the general riffraff clientele. The blue walls are calming when you need serenity after dozens of dud hands. BP is only 6/5 and 7/5, as expected. The sports lounge is nice. It is cordoned off, as is the CET books. But it only requires $5 of bets for access, a nice deal. At $40, CET is radioactive.

It just amazes me that they didn't consult you prior to construction.

Minor quibble. It’s a nice gesture to give VP players their own casino within a casino. This is very rare to see indeed. I do like the privacy of the nook. The signage is over the top. But I’d probably get used to it if this was the only casino in town.

Groovy, man. It’s all psychedelic. Of course the whole area is smoking, as you see. Not too groovy. But Resorts and Harrah’s are about the same in the end.
